Bottle opener: Delbecq - Cohen Aberdam - Margail - Lesniewska Choquet

For our project, we wanted to create a funny and useful part: a bottle opener.
To create our bottle opener, we had to respect the sizing of our part, that is to say,the dimension of the capsule of the bottle. But also, we had to design our bottle opener in a way that it will be able to be printed. So, we used a flat support as a base to print our part.
We had to respect the size of each "wall" so our final print model has any air holes. It is important to respect this constraint because our bottle opener has to resist to the pressure during the opening.
Moreover, we decided to create two holes through the part, so, the bottle opener can be carried on a key ring. The vertical hole does not need any support to be printed, since there is no constraint. However this horizontal hole demands a support during its printing, because it is impossible to print in the air. (It is also possible to print the part without the support for the horizontal hole, because the diameter of the hole is only 3 mm, which is small compared to the thickness of the layer and the distance).
